Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal(Director)

Serving as the Director at Epurer Solution Pvt. Ltd. (ESPL), Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal is a seasoned development practitioner with over 18 years of extensive experience. He specializes in managing and executing complex projects across diverse sectors, including community health, education, rural development, and microfinance. Sanjay has previously worked with DMG Consulting and People Action Towards Humanity (PATH) in Delhi NCR, collaborating with renowned organizations such as UNIDO, UNICEF, GIZ, and various government ministries and state departments. His core expertise includes project strategy development, budgeting, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. Key milestones in his career include significant contributions to the RBSK program in Uttarakhand, impact assessments for biogas projects under the Ministry of New Renewable Energy, and diagnostic studies of industrial clusters. Holding an MBA in Marketing and an MA in Sociology, Sanjay blends leadership acumen with robust research capabilities. His commitment to sustainable community development is further reflected in his active participation in numerous capacity-building workshops and policy conference

Jeetendra Kumar Dubey(Director)

Serving as a Director at Epurer Solution Pvt. Ltd., Jeetendra Kumar Dubey brings over 30 years of extensive experience in project management, field operations, and social development. He has spearheaded transformative initiatives across sectors such as health, education, water management, and smart city projects. With a proven track record of collaboration with prestigious organizations like UNICEF, USAID, WHO, and DFID, Mr. Dubey has also overseen large-scale surveys, including the National Family Health Survey (NFHS-6). His expertise encompasses community mobilization, CSR programs, consultancy services, and the monitoring and evaluation of government schemes. Holding an M.A. in Sociology, Mr. Dubey has made significant contributions to sustainable development through his impactful roles in both public and private sectors
